Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Your bore alignment rod is a precision instrument. While we take extra care in the careful packaging of your order, if you receive a bore alignment rod that has become bent as a result of damage during shipment, please contact us for a replacement.  


Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that custom cut alignment rods are non-refundable. Shipping fees paid are also non-refundable.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, submit your request using our contact form.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note returns are subject to a $6.99 return shipping fee and any shipping fees are also non-refundable. 

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the $6.99 return shipping cost and minus any shipping prepaid shipping fees (the $9.99 or $15.00 shipping fee if your order did not ship free). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
